Privacy Policy
Crossumi for Android · Updated September 14, 2026
This policy explains how the Crossumi Android game handles information on your device and how support enquiries are handled. The developer identified below is responsible for any personal information received through support.
Your game stays on your device
Crossumi for Android works offline, without user accounts, ads, analytics or tracking tools. All puzzles and fonts are included in the app. The game does not send your progress, device identifiers or diagnostic data to the developer or third parties.
Saved progress
The app saves your completed levels and placed tiles so you can continue playing. This information stays in Android’s private app storage, protected by the operating system’s app isolation. It is not synced with the website or other devices. Automatic cloud backup and app-data transfer are disabled.
Your progress is retained on your device until you clear the app’s data or uninstall it. The developer cannot remotely read, recover or delete it.
Deleting your progress
To remove your progress, open Android Settings → Apps → Crossumi → Storage → Clear data, or uninstall the app. The names of these options may vary by device. This removes your saved game; there are no online accounts or server-side player profiles to delete.
Permissions
The app uses vibration to signal a correct or incorrect answer. It does not request access to the internet, location, camera, microphone, contacts or personal files.
Support and privacy contact
Crossumi is published by Eletwave. The data controller for support enquiries is Jean Gregoric, operating as Eletwave, based in Italy. For support or privacy requests, email eletwave.app@gmail.com.
Contacting support is optional and is not required to play. The email link opens your chosen email app; Crossumi does not send a message automatically or attach your saved progress. If you send a message, the developer receives your email address, any sender name and the message or attachments you choose to include. Please send only information needed to explain your request, and never send passwords or payment details.
Support correspondence is used to answer your enquiry, investigate the issue you report and handle related privacy requests. It is not used for advertising or sold. Where the GDPR applies, the basis for ordinary support is the developer’s legitimate interest in responding to requests and maintaining the game, under Article 6(1)(f); information needed to meet a legal obligation is processed under Article 6(1)(c).
Support messages are retained only as long as needed to resolve the enquiry and any related follow-up, or to meet an applicable legal retention obligation. When those purposes no longer require the information, it is deleted. You may request deletion by contacting the developer.
Email service and recipients
The support mailbox uses Gmail, provided by Google. Google processes the messages and related delivery information under its own Privacy Policy. Email delivery also involves the email provider you choose. The developer may disclose information to competent authorities when required by law; support messages are not published or shared for marketing.
Google operates servers in multiple countries, so support email may be processed outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Google describes its use of adequacy decisions, the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses where applicable in its data transfer safeguards. These are Google’s safeguards; Crossumi does not run an online database of players.
Your privacy rights
Depending on the law that applies, you may request access to, correction or deletion of personal information held through support, restriction of its use, and portability where applicable. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact the developer using the address above. You may also complain to your competent data protection authority, including Italy’s Garante per la protezione dei dati personali. These rights do not give the developer access to your on-device progress, which you control through Android Settings.
Children’s privacy
The game uses the same offline data practices for every player and does not ask for a name, age or contact details. A parent or guardian can contact the developer about a child’s privacy or to request deletion of information sent to support.
Scope of this policy
This policy covers the Crossumi Android app and related support enquiries. Google Play, Android and your chosen email app operate under their own privacy policies. Links to external websites open your browser and require a connection; they do not attach your saved game. The Crossumi website is separate from the offline app; visiting it involves its hosting services, and website progress is not imported automatically into Android. The statement that gameplay stays offline applies to the Android app.
Changes
If the app’s data practices change, this policy and the relevant store declarations will be updated. The date at the top identifies the current version.
